I am currently working to pursue a B.S. Degree in Materials Science Engineering with a minor in Atmospheric Sciences. I joined the WPML in February 2023, and have since been working with Ph.D. student Betsy Smith designing and utilizing phononic sonic crystals to analyze the audible band gaps of different lattice metamaterial structures. Outside of the lab, I enjoy playing guitar, watching movies, and going on runs.

I am a senior pursuing a B.S. degree in Engineering Mechanics with minors in Physics and Mathematics. I joined WPML in January 2025 and am currently working with Ph.D. students Seyda and Hyelim. The research is on linear and non-linear ultrasonic NDE on laser powder bed fusioned stainless steel. With different measurements, we are hoping to see if the printing parameters and the microstructure of the samples have any impact on the measured signals. Outside of the lab, I enjoy watching movies/shows or spending time with friends, I also love to cook, bake and go cafe hopping.

I am a senior student pursuing a B.S. Degree in Mechanical Science and Engineering. I joined WPML in May 2025, and have since been working with Dr. Vinod Ramakrishnan designing periodic phononic crystals and analyzing their eigen frequencies and response amplitude to bounded unstable flow. Outside of the lab, I enjoy Origami Tessellation, reading books, and photography.
